The Sennheiser MKE 40-EW is a condenser lavalier microphone that you can connect to e.g. the bodypack transmitters from the Evolution Wireless series via the mini-jack connector
The microphone is great for amplifying speech on stage or live sound applications (think interviews, presentations, etc.) The MKE40 features a convenient clip system, which allows the microphone to be attached to any clothing. The cardioid directional characteristic of the MKE 40-EW ensures optimal pickup of the speech source, avoiding any ambient or PA noise. The microphone has a high gain-before-feedback !
The MKE-40 has a frequency response of 40 Hz to 20kHz and can handle sound pressure levels up to 118d B. With the optional MZA 900P phantom adapter, you can also wire the MKE40.
