The Sennheiser EW-DP SKP is a separate wireless plug-on transmitter (and recorder) from the Sennheiser EW-DP series. You use this XLR plug-on transmitter e.g. in combination with an EW-DP EK receiver, which is in the S1-7 frequency band (606 - 662 MHz).
This Sennheiser EW-DP SKP wireless plug-on transmitter allows you to turn your favorite wired handheld microphone into a wireless microphone. This compact wireless transmitter plugs directly into a microphone's XLR output and transmits sound to a compatible Evolution Wireless receiver (such as the EW-DP EK). Dynamic and condenser microphones are both supported, thanks to the built-in +48V phantom power supply. The transmitter also has a 3.5mm2 TRS lavalier microphone input for additional recording capabilities (it's threaded, though, so be aware that you can't just plug just any tie microphone into it). And finally, the plug-on transmitter features a microSD slot for recording your performances.
