The TD-07DMK features Roland's legendary double-layer, mesh drumheads adjustable tension for the snare and toms. This gives you the most accurate feel and sensing available today. The PDX-8 snare pad has independent head and rim zones, to which you can assign different sounds. There are also three PDX-6A tom pads with one trigger zone. The kit also includes CY-5 pads for the crash and ride, a hi-hat with an integrated pedal, and a KD-2 kick pad

Thanks to built-in Bluetooth, you can call up songs on a smartphone, tablet or computer; and listen to their audio wirelessly through the module located right next to the drums. MIDI transfer via Bluetooth is also supported, so drummers can wirelessly record MIDI data into music apps
Another great advantage of electronic drums is direct communication with modern music production software. Users can record discrete audio and MIDI drum tracks via USB into any Mac/Windows DAW, or trigger sounds from software-based drum instruments during studio or live performances. The TD-07DMK also communicates with Melodics™: a Windows/Mac software application that offers a growing selection of free drum lessons, for developing rhythm, timing and muscle memory.
