The Rode NTG3 is a shotgun microphone, it is lightweight, has a special anti-reflection coating and has a particularly low signal-to-noise ratio. The NTG3 comes with a specially made cylinder to store the microphone shock, air, moisture and dustproof.
The NTG3 can operate under extreme conditions thanks to RF-bias technology which makes the microphone completely resistant to moisture. With the NTG3, Rode engineers have found a great way to give the professional broadcast world a good microphone at an affordable price.
