The Rode NT55 is a low-noise, balanced output microphone with a wide dynamic range and full frequency response. It comes with two different condenser microphone heads to offer a wide range of polar patterns. The NT55 is complemented by a variety of accessories to make positioning and mounting easier.
The NT55 circuit includes a three-mode variable PAD with 0dB, -10dB or 20dB attenuation, and a three-mode variable high-pass filter that allows you to switch from flat response to a 75 or 150 Hz high-pass filter. The NT55 uses the 1/2" gold-sputtered true capacitor transducer used in the internationally renowned RØDE NT5
