sturdy microphone windsock for professional use. No coloration in sound and made of durable foam. Fits very small lavalier microphones up to approx. 8 mm diameter.
Difference with the cheap (budget) variants is that this plopcap has no damping / absorption of sound, making the sound nice and clear and transparent sound remains.
Also, the foam is slightly thicker so it does not tear easily.
Sturdy and solid plop cover!
A foam windshield is fine for mild wind conditions, but in stronger winds a windsock is needed! (See Reinhardt LAV series)
