With full-size jog wheels that feel like those on the CDJ-3000, pitch bending and scratching on the XDJ-AZ are incredibly smooth. The mixer section adopts the intuitive layout of the DJM A9, with all controls positioned for optimal playability. And it has user-friendly buttons for assigning Beat FX to help you express yourself through the music. Compatibility rekordbox CloudDirectPlay
Access your rekordbox library in the cloud directly from the XDJ-AZ with CloudDirectPlay. You can access and even update the latest version of your playlists and performance data, such as Hot Cue information, from the device. This not only ensures a seamless DJ experience, but also allows you to do all your preparation exclusively from your all-in-one system.

StreamingDirectPlay compatibility
With support for Beatport Streaming, the StreamingDirectPlay feature lets you play tracks directly from Beatport's extensive library of dance music and the latest genre-specific playlists. You even get analysis data such as waveform, BPM and grid information, so you can easily mix new and varied music into your sets.

Extended compatibility with devices and DJ applications
In addition to playing tracks from USB drives, you can DJ by connecting to your PC/Mac or mobile device. And if you want to show your individuality even more, you can play audio from external devices such as turntables and samplers. The device has a USB Type-C port for PC/Mac connection, so you can use rekordbox for Mac/Windows in Performance mode or Serato DJ Pro*1 and neither requires a paid subscription. And if you use the Wi-Fi® connection for rekordbox Link Export, you can easily access tracks from your PC/Mac or mobile device without connecting cables.*2

Upgraded touchscreen
The XDJ-AZ's 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen not only gives you more visual information, but also makes it easier to control everything. It can display up to 13 tracks at once - a huge increase over the 8 tracks on the XDJ-XZ - so you can see more of your music and find tracks faster. Other advanced features include Playlist Bank, where you can register up to 4 playlists for quick access, Touch Preview, which lets you preview tracks in playlists without loading them, and Touch Cue, which lets you preview the next part of tracks currently playing on the deck. All this makes selecting tracks fast and smooth. And with the option to simultaneously display the status of selected Performance Pad and Beat FX settings, you can instantly grab the information you need to perform.
Standalone 4-deck playback: DJ your way
Whether you want to add more sounds to your mix, create live mashups, go back-to-back with another DJ or line up more tracks so you're ready to drop them at the perfect moment, support for 4-deck playback on the XDJ-AZ gives you the flexibility to do whatever you want. You can also seamlessly integrate CDJs into your setup so you don't have to switch decks. Thanks to PRO DJ LINK™ compatibility, beat and on-air information are synchronized between players, so you feel like you're in complete control.
Ultra-low-latency wireless monitoring with SonicLink-compatible DJ headphones
Thanks to the integrated SonicLink transmitter, you can enjoy ultra-low-latency wireless monitoring with the HDJ-F10 professional DJ headphones. Press a single button to pair the XDJ-AZ with the headphones and you can roam freely in the DJ booth or on stage, knowing you'll never tangle or pull a cable. SonicLink is AlphaTheta's proprietary wireless technology with ultra-low latency. It transmits audio 20 times faster than the widely used Bluetooth® SBC codec, so you never notice a delay between pressing a button or scratching with the jog wheels and hearing the sound from the output.

Clear and dynamic audio
