If you're looking for a compact pedalboard, the Pedaltrain Metro 16 is the way to go. This rugged aluminum alloy board features a custom 3-rail system and fits pedals of all sizes, from microstomps to multi-effect units. The Metro 16 model has a flat design with three narrow rails. It is suitable for guitarists who need a compact, lightweight board without a sloping platform. The flat design makes it easier to place smaller pedals side by side. The board is approximately 41 cm wide and 20 cm deep. Use this pedalboard for a small pedal setup, ideal for a more minimalist approach. It can accommodate about 4 to 7 standard-sized effects pedals. Due to the flat design, it is a bit more difficult to mount a power supply under the board unless you use additional mounting kits or external power supply.
Rugged construction:
This pedalboard is made of ultra rugged and lightweight aluminum alloy. The frame weighs less than a standard plywood version of similar size, plus there are no moving parts that can become loose or wear out. In addition, it is sturdily constructed with a durable powder-coated finish. It comes with a soft case with a heavy-duty metal zipper and reinforced stress points to protect your valuable effects.
Versatile open-frame design
Pedaltrain boards feature a unique open-frame design that provides additional flexibility when configuring the layout of your effects. Connection cables can be neatly routed over, under and through the open slots in the top surface of the pedalboard, minimizing the risk of accidental disconnection. Pedals can be added, removed, rearranged or bypassed quickly and easily. These units come with plenty of industrial, self-adhesive Velcro materials, along with detailed instructions, to make installation quick and efficient. You can easily and securely mount virtually any effects pedal, volume pedal, wah pedal or other device (such as a pedal power supply, channel switch, socket, DI box or wireless receiver).
