The KH 120 D (digital) variant is the brother of the KH 120 A (analog) and has an extra digital, BNC input for S/P DIF. & AES3. Of course you can also connect this monitor analogue. The KH120 D is a great analytical studio monitor. A nicely defined sound with a beautiful low (for its size unprecedented!)
Listen to this monitor and be convinced by the masterful combination of the electro acoustics of 'Klein + Hummel' and the precision construction and electronics of Neumann. Ow yes, it's a Klundert Favorite! Both the woofer and the tweeter are driven by a very accurate 80W class A/B amplifier. That's good for a maximum sound pressure of up to 111 dB SPL. More than enough for most nearfield applications
The MMD waveguide ensures that the sound is projected mainly in the width. The built-in DAC is of exceptionally high quality: 16/24-bit, sampling rate: 32 - 192 kHz and a dynamic range (digital) of 120 dB
- BNC input and output for connecting digital audio signals
- D/A conversion latency: 0.22 - 1.85 ms (depending on sample rate)
- Neumann KH 120 D active reference monitor
- 2-way amplifier (80W + 80W) (class AB amplifier)
- Correction possibilities for high, mid and low
- Tweeter and woofer protected by grill
- Sturdy M8 mounting points for optional hardware
- 5.25" woofer / 1" dome tweeter
- Limiter and clip indicators (via dimmable LED logo)
- Symmetrical XLR inputs
- Ground elevator function
- Frequency response: 52 to 21,000 Hz
- Maximum SPL: 111 dB
- Dimensions: 277 x 182 x 220 mm
- Weight: 6.5 kg
