The K&M 19788 is a universal tripod. Folded up, the 19788 measures only 57 cm; fully extended, the tripod reaches a maximum height of 147 cm. The reason for this flexibility lies in the integrated double extension, which allows both a compact transport height and maximum build-up height and also ensures high stability of the entire construction.
It is thus a handy tripod for e.g. a smartphone or tablet holder. Because the tripod is very small to slide in so you can easily take it with you.
Additional stability is provided steel tubes and the sturdy stand which, unlike most compact microphone stands, are not made of plastic but of steel.
The versatile tripod is identical in construction to the base of the 19793 tablet PC tripod. Thanks to the 3/8" threaded connection, the tripod can be combined with e.g. a microphone arm, microphone, small speaker cabinet, smartphone/tablet holder, etc. The lightweight and 2-part extendable tripod can be infinitely adjusted to a height between 620 and 1,470 mm.
