The HK Audio Sonar 112 Xi is an active speaker from the Sonar series. It is the version with a 12-inch woofer. The speaker gives a rich, clear sound and solid bass. It also has bluetooth audio and you can control it with the Sonar Remote app. The speaker has a peak power of a whopping 1200 watts and delivers with an SPL of 127 dB.
Versatile speaker:
The Sonar 112 Xi can be used for a variety of purposes. You can use it for speech and music, as a full range speaker or as a speakertop above a subwoofer. But also as a stage monitor. Moreover, thanks to three M10 fly points, the Sonar 112 Xi can be hung in a fixed installation. Transporting the speaker is also easy thanks to its low weight and handle. You can set the speaker flange in 0 or 7.5 degrees tilt. This allows you to tilt the speaker to better direct the sound to the audience. This prevents e.g. possible annoying reflections from a back wall.
Easy operation:
You do not need to be a sound expert to use the Sonar speakers. Operation via the color screen and buttons on the back is very easy. In addition, the speaker can also be controlled with a free app for iOS and Android. This gives you full access to various options, including the 3-channel mixer and equalizer. Moreover, it even lets you save presets.
