The HK Audio Polar 10 is an active PA system and is the model with a 10-inch subwoofer. The Polar 10 offers great sound quality with easy operation in a compact enclosure. The system is easy to transport and very user-friendly. Ideal for medium-sized spaces such as living rooms, practice rooms and small halls. From experience we know that in combination with a keyboard, synthesizer or stage piano this speaker comes into its own. Another unique feature of this model is that two copies can form a full wireless stereo system via Bluetooth TWS. In this popular Polar series, HK Audio is also developing the Polar 8 and Polar 12 (so with an 8- or 12-inch subwoofer).
Powerful and versatile system
Despite its compact size, the HK Audio Polar 10 is a powerful 2000-watt system. The system consists of a 10-inch subwoofer and a column element containing the mid/high unit with six 3-inch speakers and a 1-inch HF compression driver. The high-quality components used by HK Audio provide an exceptionally transparent and natural sound with deep bass and clear treble. The 120-degree dispersion angle provides wide coverage of high-quality sound in smaller rooms, and even often eliminates the need for an additional monitor on stages. With the help of the included spacer, the audio system can be adjusted to different heights.
Built-in mixer
The PA system includes a 4-channel built-in mixer that provides enough options for a wide range of applications including two channels for microphone or line signal, a Hi-Z jack for high-impedance instruments (guitars) and an aux channel for connecting external equipment. The speaker also features a Bluetooth channel that allows wireless audio streaming from a smartphone or tablet, for example. Everything works extremely user-friendly (plus point!) and the overall volume can be controlled with a separate master controller or tuned with the built-in equalizer. The 24-bit DSP processes sound in true High-Definition, resulting in an optimized frequency response and extremely low sound distortion. Three EQ presets: Music, Voice and DJ, allow quick switching between applications.
