The Gravity MS TBA 01 is a microphone arm with a table clamp. You can attach this professional microphone scissor arm to almost anything using its versatile clamp. Due to the clamp's large clamping range (designed for table edges up to 54 mm thick) and specially shaped clamping area, you can attach this arm to smooth surfaces as well as tubes.
With its three hinges, the microphone arm can be positioned on the desk in virtually any position. Another special feature developed by Gravity® for the microphone holder mechanism allows the entire microphone holder to be pulled out with one hand and rotated in 90° increments, even after the microphone is screwed in with the microphone or shockmount. The holder then automatically snaps back into place. Why is this so special?
Imagine, you're sitting at your desk and you want to record a video, but you check your camera at the last moment. At that moment you discover that the current position of the microphone is in the way of the picture or is obstructing the view of your sheet music or notes - just pull the microphone towards you, turn it and release it. The Gravity® MS TBA 01 is made almost entirely of lightweight aluminum; only the table clamp is steel and provides the weight needed to securely attach the entire structure to the desk. The microphone cable runs neatly along the arm and is neatly stored in the integrated cable guide.
