The AUTO Series is a fusion of classic pedal design with the extraordinary world of modular synthesis. Each pedal has two sources of modulation that you control with your playing. The DYNAMICS follows the volumetric nuances of your playing. It captures the character of your attack and the loudness and decay of your instrument. The PITCH tracker, on the other hand, detects note cues, bends and vibratos. You have the power to direct these modulations to one of four effect knobs and set the parameters in motion.

Adjust the modulation with the DYNAMICS and PITCH knobs, along with dedicated mode switches. Set the decay time of DYNAMICS, introduce sliding pitch tracking in PITCH tracking, and adjust response curves to fit your playing style and desired effect. Each primary effect knob is paired with a corresponding smaller modulation amount knob, also known as an attenuator. This allows you to set the modulation amount and direction for each effect knob independently. Imagine the dynamic possibilities - a hard hit on a guitar can turn one knob significantly clockwise, while it pushes another knob slightly in the opposite direction. EXAMPLES OF AUTO DELAY

• Ducking delay. Create your ducking delay by controlling the WET/DRY MIX with DYNAMICS. Delay only on high notes. Add delay tails to notes above a certain note, by directing the PITCH to INPUT LEVEL and setting the desired center pitch. As you go down the neck, higher notes will ring through, but lower notes will not be sent through the delay....
• Play notes with self-oscillating feedback. Set the FEEDBACK to self-oscillation and route the PITCH to DELAY TIME. Let the delay follow your notes.
• Flattened feedback. Set the FEEDBACK to self-oscillate slowly and route the DYNAMICS to the FEEDBACK knob. Reverse the modulation with the MODULATION HOLD knob. Soft playing will cause the delay to feedback, while loud notes temporarily reduce the effect.
