The American Professional II series is Fender's most current, US made standard model. A few new features were implemented with the Pro II series like a new 'super natural' finish on the neck and rounded fretboard edges that result in the smoothest feel and playabillity. A new and unique features is the new tone-control switching; by means of a push / push switch on the tone control, the neck pickup is added in any position of the classic 5-way blade switch. And check out this gorgeous new finish, Dark Night; a tastefull blue to black burst.
