Eich understands that bass players of today are not necessarily looking for a big speaker set-up anymore. And certainly not the heaviest; it's all about light weight and compact equipment that produces great sound. The XS series cabs do just that! Weighing in at only 10 kg and measuring almost 35x38x35 cm, the XS110 is a real powerhouse of a cabinet.
This speaker cabinet is equipped with a single 10" Eich custom design ceramic speaker with a power handling of 300 watts. For optimal bass response and maximum frequency range, you'll find a tuned bass port at the rear and a 3" tweeter that is 3-way switchable from off to soft to loud. Don't let this "little box" fool you, because combined with the Eich T300 or T500 amplifier, this sounds really fat and very mature
Standard on Eich cabinets are Neutrik speakon / jack combi connectors (in and thru) and "Amplifix" for the Eich T-series amplifiers; these amplifiers have two powerful magnets at the bottom that click onto the cabinet and thus prevent the amplifier from vibrating and also keep it in place when the cabinet is tilted. Standard on all smaller cabinets (XS and S series) is namely the monitor tilt-back.
All Eich cabinets are made of lightweight poplar plywood wood with a very high density and are available with a total impedance of 4 or 8 ohms.
