So, first off, this Eastman T59/v is an extremely handsome guitar. It's beautifully and subtly aged, complementing the vibe and character of this ES-style guitar; no heavy relic artificial damages going on. The guitar has a true natural old feel and look to it. And sound as well! Because it's not all looks with the T59; the aging and the varnish finish actually contributes a whole lot to the "woody" and warm sound of the guitar. So do the pickups, as Eastman has chosen Seymour Duncan Antiquity Humbuckers as the standard pickup for this guitar and man...those sound great! Vintage and warm, but bright and sparkly as well.
Combined with all the wood specs of the T59/v (centre-block, AA-grade flamed maple body, maple neck, ebony fingerboard), this is definitely the most impressive and authentic ES335 type guitar of the Eastman Thinline range! This particular Amber finish has proven to be the most popular of all for the T59/v!
Comes including luxery case and certificate.
