Dingwall LTD Combustion NG3-5 Candy Apple Red

As a limited edition and only available in Europe, the now iconic Combustion NG is now temporarily available in a new finish; Candy Apple Red, a very well known vintage color (originating from the automotive industry) and which works insanely well on this modern bass. The glossy, deep dark red is beautiful in combination with the maple neck and the black accents of the hardware and pickups. Also, this LTD has a subtle but very nice ivory binding around the maple fingerboard. Furthermore, this NG is exactly as you know and want it but in a unique version! Have it!

The Combustion NG is part of Dingwall's "ready to play" or "built in China, finalized in Canada" series. It is the affordable version of their Custom Shop instruments and-unlike the place of manufacture-a very fine piece of work. And yes, it's great for metal (as the connection to Periphery's bassist/producer Nolly Getgood implies), but the NG can do much more than just that. The low end of these basses-as of any Dingwall, for that matter-is retestingly tight and the frequency range super-wide. Largely, this is due to the multi-scale setup and the Darkglass preamp. By the way, any studio or FOH engineer will love this bass, too!

The Combustions NGs are available with two or three Dingwall FD-3N pickups. The two pickup configurations can be set up as a humbucker (side by side) or as a Jazz Bass (like Dingwall's Super-J). The fingerboard is always made of maple and the body of alder. You can get your NG with 4, 5 or 6 strings and in several awesome solid color finishes
