The Boss DM-2W is a legendary analog delay in a modern package. This stompbox brings you the 'Boutique' sound quality of the original with all the benefits of a modern pedal. You get the authentic vintage sound of the analog circuit of an original DM-2 Delay from 1981 but with all kinds of modern features. The W that comes after the product name stands for Waza Craft, which is the name of new editions of older instruments within BOSS.
The original DM-2 was praised for its warm and analog 'Bucket Brigade' delay sound. The new and improved DM-2W has been expanded to include two shcakable modes for added versatility and all the sounds of modern music styles. In addition to Repeat Rate, Echo and Sensitivity, there is now a Standard/Custom switch that allows you to go from a rich delay to a clean and modern delay with double delay time
The DM-2W can also be controlled with your foot via an expression pedal input. Selected analog components, a refined circuit and attention to detail ensures exceptional tone and dynamics
