It stays neatly in position. It obtains its power supply via the angled 4-pin XLR plug and can handle both 12-volt and 48-volt phantom power. The four COB LEDs are bright and provide 40 lumens of daylight. Since these are LED lights, they last a very long time. The on/off switch is located on top of the lamp.
