Eich understands that bass players of this day and age are no longer looking for the largest rig on the planet. And certainly not the heaviest; it's all about light weight and compact gear producing a large sound. The XS series cabs are exactly that. With a weight of just 17 kg's and a size of 44x54x35 cm the XS210 is a true powerhouse of a cab.
This ultra compact cab actually holds two 10" Eich custom design ceramic speaker that have a combined powerhandling of 600 watts. For optimal bass response and maximum frequency range, the cab has a tuned bass port on the rear and a 3" tweeter which is 3-way switchable from off to soft to hard. It is sized to fit perfectly with any of the BC-series 1x12 combos as an extension cabinet or to be combined with any of the other XS-series cabs (e.g. 112XS or 115XS).
Standard on Eich cabinets are Neutrik speakon / jack combi connectors (in and thru) and amp fixating strips for the Eich T-series amps; these amps are fitted with two powerfull magnets on the bottom that click right onto the amplifix and prevents the amp from vibrating from the cabinet and keeps it in place when tilted. Standard on all smaller cabinets (XS and S series) is the monitoring tilt-back pin.
All Eich cabinets are made out of high-density, light weight poplar ply wood and are available with a total impedance of either 4 or 8 ohms.
